Due to COVID-19, our office will be running on a very limited schedule from March 23 - April 3, 2020.  We anticipate fully reopening on Monday, April 6, 2020.

On Monday, March 30, 2020, our Norfolk / Virginia Beach office will be open from 9 am to 11:30 am.
On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, our Norfolk / Virginia Beach office will be open from 9 am to 11:30 am.
On Wednesday, April 1, 2020, our Chesapeake office will be open from 9 am to 11:30 am.
On Thursday, April 2, 2020, our Norfolk / Virginia Beach office will be open from 9 am to 11:30 am.
On Friday, April 3, 2020, our Chesapeake office will be open from 9 am to 11:30 am.

The doctors and staff of Medical and Surgical Eye Specialists are committed, as always, to the health of our patients.  To that end we are asking our patients to call to reschedule all non-urgent appointments if you have a respiratory illness, a fever, or have recently traveled to a high-risk are for Covid-19 / Coronavirus (China, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea).

To make your visit to our office as safe as possible, we have significantly increased the frequency of cleaning all patient areas.  Pens and clipboards used at sign-in are cleaned after each use.  Because there is no effective way to clean magazines, they have been removed from waiting areas.  As always, exam equipment is cleaned after every patient encounter.

Finally, we would ask that patients coming in for appointments bring no more than one other person with them.
